Missoula Cares is a free iOS application designed to help individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or hardship quickly locate and connect with the services they need in the Missoula, Montana area.
Browse or search over 60 verified local resources including shelter, food, healthcare, recovery support, employment assistance, children's services, and more. Each listing includes a direct address, phone number, and description so you can make informed decisions about where to turn for help.
How to Use the App
- Filter by category — Tap a category chip (Shelter, Food, Recovery, etc.) or leave it set to "All" to see every resource.
- Browse the map or list — Blue pins on the map show each resource location. Scroll down to see the full list view below the map.
- Tap a resource — Opens the detail view with a full description, address, phone number, and a local map pinpointing the exact location.
- Call or navigate — Tap the phone number to call directly, or tap the address to open Apple Maps for turn-by-turn directions.
- Search — Use the search bar at the top to find a resource by name or keyword.
